Tuition and Payments

Dynamo After School Academy strives to meet our customers needs by providing high-quality services at a reasonable cost. Please see below for our tuition rates and payment schedules for both our After School Care and Summer, Winter and Spring Break Programs:
 


Important Policy Information
Please note the following important policy details for Dynamo After School Academy payments:

  • There are no multi-child discounts for part-time care.
  • Participants are responsible for paying the full tuition amount Monday, 7 days prior to each billing cycle, as selected upon registration
    • Participants will be charged for weekly tuition regardless of unscheduled absences (illnesses, family emergencies, etc.).
    • If a participant will be absent for an extended period of time, please contact the After School Academy Director to discuss options for the time the participant will miss.
  • Upon registration, a credit card must be placed on file with Dynamo After School Academy for the collection of payments. 
    • If you prefer to pay by check, you must remit check payment by Monday the week prior, same as the scheduled automatic draft date. 
  • To Cancel a membership, you must give 30 days notice before payments are canceled.  Member must fill out a cancellation form.
  • Early Release Days on the HCPS Calendar are included in the participants' tuition rate.
  • UPDATE: During Snow Days, and Other Days Schools are closed, we will often be open for a Full-Day.  If a child attends on a Full-Day the price will be $15 per child.  *Full-Time Members will get 1 free Full-Day per week in these instances, and this day will be the first day off of the said week.

Blackout Dates are days that Dynamo Indoor Sports Complex will be closed. These days include:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Holiday - November 22 & 23, 2018
  • Christmas Holiday - December 24-28, 2018

Summer Program and Spring/Winter Break Rates below.  *Separate Sign-Ups for the Summer Program & Spring/ Winter Break Camps.


A $50 Supplies/Registration Fee is required for every child registered:  This fee must be paid prior to attendance.
